Grill review: Charcoal vs. gas grill which is better
This article discusses the pro’s and con’s of gas and charcoal barbeques.
Almost everyone who owns a barbeque is passionate about grilling. Each has their own opinion about their barbeque. If a person uses a gas barbeque, using gas as fuel is absolutely the best way to cook. If a person owns a charcoal barbeque, using charcoal as fuel is absolutely the best way to cook. If asked your opinion about barbequing, look to see what kind of equipment is being used before answering, unless you want to get involved in a long “heated” discussion. But what if you really do not have a preference yourself and are looking to buy one?
Given the fact that you will probably only be able to get yourself invited over to each of your friends’ homes a few times for dinner in order to compare food tastes and barbeques before your buddies start to expect a payback, you will need to start to consider several factors before plunging into a purchase, hopefully while you are still able to sample tasty tidbits at someone else’s house. First, how much money do you want to spend? You can buy a grill from under $100 to well over $3,000. How often do you plan on barbequing? And then, how many people will you typically feed? Once you have decided on the answers to these questions, you can start the debate over whether you want to buy a gas or charcoal barbeque.
