The Obamas give BBQ grill to the Camerons

Fire up the BBQ, Prime Minister!

So far no sneers for the gift President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama presented to British Prime Minister David Cameron and his wife, Samantha, who were greeted today at a White House welcoming ceremony.

It is a "one-of-a-kind Braten 1000 Series grill hand-made by Engelbrecht Grills and Cookers of Paxton, Illinois," according to the White House. The wood-and-charcoal-burning grill commemorates the friendship between the two couples, established when the Obamas visited Britain in May 2011 and they grilled for American and British troops at 10 Downing Street. The gift includes two White House chef jackets with American and British flags, the Great Seal, and the Camerons' names embroidered on the front.

Mrs. O presented Mrs. C with a crystal honey vase of White House honey, with "White House Honey" hand-etched on the front. The Camerons' three young children received American bean-bag chairs adorned with the presidential seal and each child's name.
