Food Stand #1 at the Joel Coliseum Annex in Winston-Salem scored a 90 after an inspector found pretzels that were placed on a dirty drainboard. A spokesman said they're working to correct the problems.

Had it not been for the "SafServe" certification, the cafeteria inside UNC School of the Arts in Winston-Salem would not have earned an "A". It earned a 91.5. The school spokeswoman said they've already fixed most of the problems, including a broken dishwasher.
