Highly Touted New Korean Barbeque Restaurant Kristalbelli Opened in Manhattan

At the heart of the Kristalbelli concept are the crystal convex belli-shaped grills on each table. Each grill is made of a single piece of crystal, with infrared heat that will produce higher temperatures than charcoal or gas grills. The crystal grill emits infrared rays, which cooks the meat inside and outside simultaneously. This allows the meat to retain more juice, and the outside is less likely to burn. The stone does not create any harmful residues.
