Best Bites goes to Vintage 423

It's only been open for about a month, but Vintage 423 on Paseo and Wyoming is already getting a lot of buzz.

It's pleasing to the eye with its chic interior.

It also features an open wine wall with a selection that is said to be the largest of any Albuquerque restaurant.

However, the food is not to be outdone by the décor.

Some of the menu items include Chilean sea bass on top of spinach and risotto with a beurre blanc sauce, along with aged steaks and lamb chops.

The meats are cooked on a infrared broiler, not a regular grill.

"You'll see this in some of the higher end restaurants like in New York City, Beverly Hills. We're the only one in town," chef Zack Johnston says of the broiler.
