Eliteappliance.com is one of a select few online retailers authorized to offer these newly released outdoor grills and appliances, which will begin shipping in late March 2012.

The new Viking 500 E-Series grills boast a re-designed 18 SR(TM) stainless steel burner with 29,000 BTU output, the highest in the industry. Directly above the burners sits an upgraded Flip-Clean(TM) ceramic heat distribution system that evenly spreads heat across the grilling area while generating smoke for flavor and minimizing flare-ups. All of this is topped off with Viking's new Power Porcelain(TM) cast iron grates that improve upon previous grate designs, allowing for easier cleaning and a more professional grilling surface.
