ThompsonGas Keeps Power Running at Cullman, AL Radio Stations

HAGERSTOWN, Md.--( BUSINESS WIRE )--When tornados ravaged the state of Alabama, ThompsonGas positioned equipment and personnel to keep back-up generators running at local radio and television stations to keep residents informed. As a result, many residents were able to seek shelter from the storms and keep their families safe. “Radio was one of the only ways to keep residents informed due to the massive destruction in the region,” said Michael St. John of radio station FUN 92.7. “ThompsonGas is proud to have helped; however, we’re saddened by the loss in this tragedy,” said J. Randall Thompson, President & CEO.
