So a bottle of Soulmates wine from Schade Creek Winery in Waukee might be the perfect way to say “be mine” on Valentine’s Day. The winery created the semi-sweet vintage two years ago for weddings, but it’s available year-round and great for Valentine’s Day, too, says Jana Schade of the winery.

On the back of each bottle is a poem in tribute to her late parents and the love of her mother-in-law’s life. It reads:
