Recently sold their home in Fisher Island for $13.5 million. The 9,200-square-foot home sold for $1,467 per square foot. The Parisian estate has six bedrooms and 8 1/2 bathrooms. Built in 2007, the two-story home features wood and marble floors, a library, a bar, and a pool with cabana.

The home at 6915 Valencia Dr. has a two-car garage and a view of the golf course. In 2010 the taxes were $78,368, not reflecting a homestead exemption. The property was listed with Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg at the time of sale for $16.9 million; Leon Belensky was the selling agent. The new owner is SF US Properties Limited.

It features French limestone and American walnut flooring, hurricane impact windows and doors, a wine cellar, gym and library.
