Florida Lifestyle Homes of Fort Myers Inc. designs a recipe for success

Since Florida Lifestyle Homes of Fort Myers Inc. introduced the Windsor model at Renaissance Golf & Country Club, the home has proven its appeal with a long list of awards as well as multiple contracts to duplicate the design.

"This home has been an amazing success from the beginning," said Brad Kiraly, director of sales for Florida Lifestyle Homes. "We received rave reviews at our grand opening from both clients and Realtors, who praised the Windsor's outstanding lanai entertainment area and its open floor plan. We currently have eight homes in various stages of construction that are based on the Windsor and others in the planning stages. In addition, the home recently received the top award in every category in the Lee BIA Parade of Homes."

Lee Building Industry Association awarded the Windsor model the Superior Home Award as well as Best Exterior, Best Landscape Design, Best Kitchen, Best Bath, Best Livability, Best Interior Design, Best Outdoor Living and Best Pool.
