Plant sale

The Friends of Washington Oaks will hold their second Saturday plant sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 12. The danger of frost is past so it is now time to replant and prepare for Spring. The plant sale features a wonderful selection of flowers and bushes together with unusual and hard to find plants for home, patio or garden. A portion of the plants were propagated and grown in the park by volunteers.

All proceeds benefit the park for enhancement of current and new facilities.

Regular park entrance fees apply during the plant sale. For information, contact Melissa Kafel at 386-446-6783 or email melissa.kafel@dep.state.fl.us .
