It has the capability of a full rangestove and induction range with two powerful (1800 watt/120 Volt or 2400 watt/240 Volt) versions that can heat steaks and other foods above 480 degrees Fahrenheit. The ribbed grill drains easily with adjustable plate height and removable fat drip tray that drains excess fat out of grilled items without sacrificing taste and flavors. The Steak King also comes with an easy touch control panel that includes adjustable heat settings and comfortable stay-cool grips for safe and easy handling and is available in red, blue, black and white.
