Meth cooker arrested at motel

Allegedly, Kidd had in his possession the following meth-related items: a bottle of "active one pot method," a bottle of "spent one pot inactive," a glass jar of a single-layer liquid (acid), a plastic bottle of multiple layered liquid, lighter fluid, a propane gas tank, a burner, approximately 75 grams of ephedrine, and a bowl with "a whitish substance believed to be methamphetamine," the warrant says. The Cookeville Fire Department was called to stand by in case of fire or explosion, and hazardous materials specialists were brought in to remove the meth lab.
