Fruitlands Museum opens new cafe, April 15

In conjunction with its official season opening the weekend of April 14-15, Fruitland Museum will be launching the new Fruitlands’ Museum Café under the direction of Fireside Catering.

Part of the popular Webber Restaurant Group, whose locally-focused “farm-to-fork” model has been hugely successful, the Burlington-based Fireside Catering will oversee lunch at the new café at the historic museum from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., six days a week. The café will open Sunday, April 15, and will feature a special brunch menu on Sundays, and will be closed Tuesdays.

“We are thrilled at this opportunity to be at Fruitlands on a full-time basis,” said Josh Webber, co-owner of Fireside Catering. “We feel we have a particularly close connection with the museum due to their focus on heritage and conservation, which we value highly at Fireside. This is a great fit for both parties.”
